We are delighted to present Zappa (31/A34/2/9), a new variety from the Kraege breeding program. It has an attractive cropping period between Sonsation and Malwina.
Zappa stands out for its red, conic berries. The berries are a good size, with a high proportion of class 1 fruit. The berries are very firm and attractively glossy. Yield per plant is very high. Zappa boasts good flavour and is recommended for all sales channels.
It is a very vigorous variety, and fresh plants/fresh potted plants should be planted in the first two weeks of August at a planting distance of 35 – 40 cm.
Zappa is a very healthy variety and is recommended for growing as an annual.
